ITC status not updated for a year now

Old mutual finance with regards to a loan I took had not been updating my payment status with ITC for the past year when I queried with call centre no one can assist. Right now my credit repot shows that I had not paid the loan for the whole 2020 which is not true I need someone to call me and resolve the matter *** or ***
