ITC not being updated for settled account
OLD MUTUAL people don't update ITC I had a loan with them, I settled the account on January 2018 Today (2018-October 16) ten months after settlement. I checked my credit score with Transunion, I found that the loan still appear as if I still owe old mutual and is marked as non paid account that is in arrears
They are destroying my credit life, I don't owe them
please advise
