It takes for ever for payments

I went on 22/12/2015 to old mutual branch in Orange farm to make a partial withdrawal on my son's educational plan, i was told that i will have the funds within 5 days...2 days later i get an sms's saying that i will get the funds within 9 days because on debit oeder clearance....today they tell me again i will get the money after 8 days....this is the same company i have my funeral policy with with....So scared right now i feel like changing my policies to Liberty....the call centre agents have the I dont care attitude as well ....very worried
