It's so unprofessional and despising to be on the phone with a clients on your desk

<p>On the 28 Dec 2016 I visited Old Mutual Oxford Street in East London, I had to wait as the system was down and was later assisted by a lady whovthen received a call while helping me. I was calm and didn't judge from thag, but the outcomes of all that is that I have to wait for about 35 or more days to get the money I wanted then. Please Old Mutual your are service providers mind what you doing mind the services you give to people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let's say I needed that money urgently........</p>
