Issues with Old Mutual Retirement Fund

My application for my retirement annuity fund was sent through on the 7th of June 2022, and now it's the 4th of July 2022 nothing has been done. Since then communication with Old Mutual has been fruitless. It is really with sheer disgust that it has now been so many days and nothing has yet been done.
