Is your Customer Service Centre <***> email addrsss a No-Reply?

I am in comms with you re Sars' imposition of fixed rate of tax on annuities and other pension payments. I am receiving mails from: Customer Service Centre <***>. These mails are undersigned by Grace de Bod, Senior Administrator. I reply to same by hitting the Reply or Reply to all buttons/arrows in the mails. Problem is that it appears that this ema is a "No-Reply" address. This is evidenced by receipt of return mails headlined, eg; "Not read: RE: RE: Enquiry re possible change of PAYE on my annuity payments" These responses seem to indicate that the mailbox to which delivered deletes them automaticall (or perhaps its at server level). Is this correct? If yes, it would seem logical to indicate in the source ema that the Sender ema is No-reply. I have observecd in Grace de Bod's details at the bottom of her mails to me that there is another ema present - *** (email) (to which I then on-send) - but I'm sure that you'll appreciate that the natural action when wishing to reply to a received email is to click on Reply/Reply to all/Forward
