Is old mutual *****ing from people?

After I struggled with my cancelation of retirement annuity..... I finally cancel it and surrender.... The value was 3150.00 and was told it is goner go to Sars as a procedure to see if not owing Sars and so on..... I knew I'm always up to date with my returns is not a problem..... Today I received 260. 00 from old mutual..... Was puzzled coz I know I don't owe Sars.... Went to my Sars eFiling app logged in... And guess what... I still owe Sars 69.00 of last year assessment....even took out statement.... So which Sars did my documents went to???????? Or did I miss sumthing here......
