Is Old Mutual now involved in ********** Business Practices?

I app**** for a personal loan with Old Mutual Finacial Service, After about a 2-week process I was told that my loan was approved pending emplymnent registration. 2 days ago I was informed that my employment verification failed because I am the DIr4ector of a company, I explained to a Gentleman by the name of Louis that there is a major difference between being a director and a shareholder. A director is not necessarily a shareholder and a shareholder is not necessarily direct. I used the example that the CEO of Old Mutual is not the owner of Old Mutual and that a Shareholder of Old Mutual is not a Director.

He did not seem to understand and very rudely informed me I am self-employed and do not quality.

The Company that I am a director of is owned by a group of companies with the majority shares owned by a trust. He did not understand that.

I have sent numerous emails asking for assistance but received no reply.

I have verified internally in the company that no employment confirmation was done, this is a ********** statement (Does Old Mutual now get involved in ********** business practices?
