Is Old Mutual bigger than the law?

2 weeks ago, I reported that I am a widow who has been waiting for her late husband's provident fund from Old Mutual Superfund who happen to be the administrator of the funds for the mine which my late husband worked for.

He passed on in March 2019, up to date Old Mutual hasn't paid me and the kids anything!

When they saw a review they send me an email saying one of their consultants will call me in two days. It never happened, instead I contacted them. The 'consultant' called me to follow up on my reason for contacting them. She said they would send 'investigators' and I asked her why now only will they send administrators, to which I didn't get a straight answer except the fact that the reason for the investigation is because the forms are binding legal documents and therefore they have to investigate. For crying out loud, its been 17 months!!!!!

Now, my question is, what can be more legal than a marriage certificate and a LETTER OF AUTHORITY, granted to me by the magistrate after thorough investigations which lasted for 7 WORKING DAYS or less???

Old mutual you are pathetic, unprofessional, slow, lazy and excel in being ******** and ruthless.
