Is it so difficult?
A while ago I asked my broker to cash in an Old Mutual Investment account. Somebody made a mistake and the wrong policy was paid out but that is a story for another time. I requested my broker to put the money back and a month later it was done. Probably six months ago I contacted Old Mutual and ask for statements. That was supp**** within two week. On these statement there is a deduction called \plan amendment fee"which was about 10% of the investment.

My prblem is that nobody can answer me what this deduction was for. The call centre reckon it is penalty fees and the local Old Mutual guys reckon it Capital Gains Tax.

I e-mailed Old mutual Customer Centre on 25 May 2015"
