irrelevant feedback

I am highly disappointed in the way that my call was handled. Subsequent to the disinvestment i made, no proper feedback was given to me to date - since January i made the claim. Each time i call i get a different story. Money has been gone fir pricingand a waiting to be paid into my account. Why does it have to take so long just to get my claim paid out to me. Am disappointed the way such a big company failing to administer such a small claim. How will i re-invest with you or refer people if you can't handle such a small claim.
