IRP5 for Tax Directive of 2014

I need your assistance I'm trying to submit Tax returns for my late father and the issue is the year 2014 missing IRP5. I called SARS and they told me that for the Tax Directive they issued to SARAF in 2014 a reconciliation was never done. So, they want SARAF to do reconciliation for the Tax Directive so that I can get an IRP5.
