IRP5

<p>Old Mutual is supposed to issue an IRP5 on any payout from a fund or investment. SARS have requested a copy so I contacted Old Mutual on 12 September 2016. They sent me a tax directive, not an IRP5. I have requested the correct document and after a week none is forthcoming. Surely an IRP5 should be sent to all customers and if not it should at least be available on file and on request. SARS is putting pressure on me to sort this problem out, yet there is no urgency on Old Mutuals side.</p>
