Investment withdrawal not processed over 10 days

Old Mutual will never process your investment withdrawal when you need your money, they will keep on telling you same thing over and over again saying that the request went in for pricing and nonsense.

I requested withdrawal on the 11th of Feb 2021 (red: CCC***8) and even now I haven’t got my money. I phone them every day and I keep on getting same excuses and their withdrawal procedure says the turnaround time is 10 days and my request got passed their 10 days. The reason why I requested withdrawal is because I need money urgently not for games.

What’s the point of having an investment you cannot withdraw from? This is totally unacceptable.

I’d advise you not to take any savings or investment policy with Old Mutual because you won’t get your money when you need it.
