Investment withdrawal issue

Old mutual can I kindly have someone contact me urgently to resolve a 24 hours notice withdrawal which seems to be turning to days now. I Placed a 24 hours notice on my investment last week already and today its almost another week coming to an end still no funds. I contacted my financial advisor directly TEBOGO who assured me was it sorting out and next thing i am being sent from pillar to post and call center eventually says no withdrawal documents have ever been received and now she is no longer even taking my calls nor responding just blue ticking me. I urgently need the funds released tommorow. Can someone contact me I need this query resolved as I on my side actioned this withdrawal very early urgently call me on +*** or +***
