Investment Withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal of money from my investment about 2 weeks ago if not more and I was paid only a portion of it this morning. Firstly tye process should take 5 working days and it took more than that, secondly when I did the withdrawal I indicated that I was withdrawing all of my money. Why is it that I was paid only a portion of it? I honestly do not have time to wait for the next 2 to 3 weeks for the remainder of the money to be paid out. Please rectify this ASAP.
