investment withdrawal

I submitted a request to withdraw from my tax free investment on the 10th of January 2023 and it was approved few days later however to date I have not received any feedback, all I was made to do is fill silly forms and the last feedback was "We have reviewed the request and found it to be compliant; you may proceed with the transaction." and nothing after that, we save money for specific reasons and when it is time to withdraw we expect this ******** companies to process our requests as quick as they activate and take our money.

ALL I want is my money back and they must cancel that nonsense of theirs as it does not serve a purpose
