Investment Withdrawal
I have been calling Old Mutual since last week Wednesday 10th May, to find out what is the status of my withdrawal that I made two weeks before the 10th was. I was told about Tax forms 2weeks after making my withdrawal, filled in and sent. I made a call today 17th May, I am given a different Number to call, to find out the status of my withdrawal. I have not had such a bad experience withdrawing money for an emergency like this. It is as good as moving all my funds out of this company. I cannot go through such inconvenience.

18 May 2023, 13:56I was sent a mail that made a promise that my funds will be available today. Now I am not receiving any feedback from anyone. This was after sending the same Tax Forms I've sent 4 times already. We are on the 4th week after I made my request to withdraw funds. This is the WORST experience really.
