Investment withdrawal delay
I went to the branch on the 5th of August to withdraw from my investment.I received a message confirming disinvestment CEB*** has been scheduled on the 11th.I was told it only takes 2 days from receiving that SMS to get the funds.I have not received the funds and I do not think I will be investing with Old Mutual anymore because in times when I need my money for emergency they couldn't release my funds in time.
