Investment withdrawal

have been attempting to contact OM regarding my Investment Fund withdrawal since August 2020, with no resolve. I have called (numerous times, for hours at a time, incurring hundreds of rand in airtime), emailed (and received an automated response) and WhatsApped (also with automated response).
