Investment Quety

I have a long term investment with OLD MUTUAL.. I started paying R200.00 53 Months ago. This amount is now R288.54 per month. Calculated at R200 X 52 months = R10 400. If we take R88.54 x 12 Months = R1062.00

R10 400 + R1062 = R11 462.

On the policy it shows:
Part withdrawal value R 12,113.28 (What does this mean?) Does this mean I made a withdrawal?
Nett surrender value R 11,960.28

No one is prepared to give me answers. I have been sending emails (X 4) and only get the automatic response acknowledgement. Ref: [PEC***]
R 11,960.28 - R11 462. = R498.28 (Is this my accumulated interest for the past 52 Months? If so then this is a bad investment from OLD MUTUAL. I hope after they see this they will reply.
To ME Something is not right with this and OLD MUTUAL does not want to reply.
