Investment pay out delay

I had requested form my Investment to be paid out to me and Old Mutual had mixed me up with someone else this was 3 months ago. This has caused me a great inconvenience and financially put me and my family at risk.<br> I have now been lead to over exposure with regards to all my credit agreements, which has adversely affected my credit record. To date I still have not been paid out.
