investment not released after 37 days

I am so Disgusted with the service at OLD MUTUAL, i am still waiting my for my investment payout which i requested on the 4th March and i was told its going to take 15 days BUSINESS DAYS to show in my account, today its the 25 April its the 37th day i am still waiting. when i call i get ZERO assistance, i am not sure if i will ever get my money. i spoke to the manager at the call center who promised to call me back i am still waiting for her call, now when i call her she does not take my calls, this is really appalling for such a big brand to behave like fly by night, ref CEB ********** 10
