Investment money faded

I would like you to lay a complaint regarding an investment policy I had with old mutual

Only to find out now that the money I have invested is gone, but I don't get clarity of where did the money go

As the customer I know I have the right to know what is happening with my money but you Old mutual didn't notify me

In this case, I would like to have all the money that I have invested refunded back to my account, otherwise, I will take this Matter further.
