Investment gone sour

<p>I am writing this on behalf of my mother. My mother took an investment policy with old mutual about 2 years ago. The terms that were discussed with Christine from old mutual was an investment for 5 years with an option of withdrawing all or part of the money once a year. She managed to get some money last year and to her suprise when she wanted a part withdrawal this year she was told she can't get any money until year2020. When questions are bieng asked we get informed that she did not take an investment that allows her to withdraw her money at any given time. My mother is a pensioner and we have been going from pillar to post for her to get her money. This issue is coursing a serious on her and she is a pensioner . All she wants is her money back because old mutual did not do as per her instructions </p>
