Investment disaster

I invested R115,000 through a broker in F:LEXINV/1 of Old Mutual on 01/02/2022. Since then my investment decrease to R104516 .On date of investment they deducted an amount of R3967.50 as Advisors fee which was not mentioned to me at the date on the date of the investment,Since then my investment started declining. Numerous requests through the broker to obtain a detail statement like I get on a monthly / quarterly base from other investment companies did not realize. He just tells me that he does not get response from Old Mutual. I will never invest any funds with them again.After battling for months to get a response, I withdrew the money at a lost of R11,000.All that broker had to say after I confront him with advisors fee his resposnse was that he did not get it!!!! I have all the e-mails from beginning of complains started.
