Investment claims

I'm very much disappointed with the services, and I wouldn't recommend Old mutual to anyone.. everything thing is just dragging except when they have to deduct money from the account..since i made investments claims on the 4th of May 2022 I've submitted all documents requested, till this day I haven't received my money, when I visit the branch I'm being told to wait for few days I'll receive sms or email, it's been 3months now waiting.
