Investment cancellation because the money on the app is not the money that was supposed to be

I opened an educational plan for my two kids on July they were deducting 500 for each child. The guy assisted me to open the investment is Eddie Mabel’s He did not explain anything , so today I was checking my investment is showing that I have R1408 for each kids instead of 2500 for each kids I then decided to go to the branch for assistance they guy who was assisting me today is Tsepiso at cresta mall he was very rude I asked him to explain to me why my money was 1408 instead of 2500 for each child he told me to ask the person who recruited me he told me that we like joining things that we don’t understand so he not gonna explain anything to me since he is not the one who made me to open the investment he told me to cancel it because he is does not have any information about the investment and he is not working with investment, I ended up cancelling the investment I want all my money that I was paying cause even after paying is showing me that they still gonna refund me R1408 for each kids instead of R 2500 for each child
