Investment at old mutual

In 2015, I invested my retirement annuity it was reserved until 2023. I constantly went to tsakane mall branch, I was not assisted. In 2023 July my cousin introduced me to an old mutual financial advisor. He called and made an appointment. He told me about the wealth Retirement investment contract. He told me I will receive money every month, and a lump sum once a year. I took a lump sum 2023, 2024 I was called and asked if I need a lump sum I said I will take it this year(2025). July I went and asked for a lump sum i was told they can't give me any money. Went several times at Tsakane branch I was not assisted. Tried communicating with the financial advisor he kept ignoring my texts and calls. Went to Springs mall branch still I was told I can't not receive any help. Tried borrowing they told me to go to other banks and see how I go about borrowing money. I was really depending on the lump sum and now I'm in financial distress, on debts while I trusted old mutual to have my back during my retirement.
