I personnall logged a refund from the 13 of september and i was advised my policy will pay within 5 working days went two weeks later there was a delay with the payment. Sent emails nobody got back to me.Went as far as using my cell phone to call every agent i got did not finish the call it would be dropped i am so frustrated and still awaiting feed back ,the consultants at the branch do not know anything about theyer job i dont wish this for my enemy .
