INVEST WITH OLD MUTUAL AND NO ONE MAKES CONTACT

I have a RA portfolio with OLD MUTUAL, thats more than 10 years old. I have had 3 financial advisors and the last one was a month ago. Chris Huysamen was the financial advisor who requested information from me a month ago, and to this date has not made contact to me after having me provide the information to him. I have called OLD MUTUAL and they keep transferring me and no one understands who i need to speak to. Can someone from OLD MUTUAL please call me to assist, considering no one who works there knows who I need to speak to?
