I was appalled at the lack of empathy from your advisor. I was told that it was an INTERNAL ***** CASE,where Old Mutual's advisors had opened a ********** funeral policy under my name to benefit independtantly from the premiums. **********! I was told that the \*****"team will investigate and I will get an answer within 5-10 working days. That is not good enough. My personal details are not safe with Old Mutual if their staff are dishonest and greedy.
