Internal ***** at Old Mutual

On 07 October 2023, I noticed an unauthorized stop order on my payslip from Old Mutual Group Schemes. I completed an affidavit and sent it to Old Mutual for further investigation and to reimburse me. Old Mutual promised via email to revert to me in 5 days and nearly a month later I have not heard from them. I never signed any document to take a policy or authorize Old Mutual to do a stop order on my payslip. They are not assisting me at all, confirming that this is normal practice at Old Mutual.
