Insurance with ***** tactics

I was told I missed my premium in 2017, I was only made aware of in 2019 and I told them to double deduct the premium. All along thought that was done now in 2020 they still tell me about the same premium. it's obvious this is a tactics since they only tell me about it once a year they want an excuse to avoid liability. I never disputed that I missed a premium in 2017, cause I don't even remember but I was still willing to pay for it hence I told them to double deduct. But they didn't they just waiting for the day I want to claim so they avoid liability and tell me stories, I mean who would remember if they bring it up once a year and they don't even confirm whether or not they deducted double they silent. This insurance companies are ***** they think we are dumb we don't listen to the news and court cases against them, because of their unacceptable conduct!!!!!
