Insufficient refund
I am requesting old mutual to please refund me all my money with regards to the complaint on reference no: *** on the 26 November 15. Old mutual only refunded R2127.76 instead of R2654.20. Could old mutual please stop dragging the processes and pay all my money back.<br> <br> The payments made are as follows:<br> <br> Nov 2014 TO JUNE 2015 = R124 pm = R992<br> July 2015 to AUGUST 2015 = R131.44 = R 262.88<br> Sept 2015 R346.44<br> Oct 2015 R 526.44<br> Nov 2015 R526.44 <br> <br> The policies in question:<br> 69074N*** R 215.00<br> 69074N*** R180.00<br> 69074P*** R131.44<br>
