insufficient refund
<p>I cancelled policies(CE***) of the value of R1000 but went off my payslip and I sent that payslip to old mutal as a proof along with bank statement but I got a refund of R400 out of that R1000 I was expecting. I spent more than 2 hours at their branch during the cancellation of that policies and I spent more than R200 of airtime calling their customer service so that I can be refunded the rest but still I didnt get help</p>
