Inhuman services from this company

My father passed away on the 2nd of July and logged a claim with old mutual i think on the 4rd and was taken from piller to post ended borrowing money from family members and friends to bury my father , its been a month and i have submitted all required documents but havent received any funds froms them nor communication had i not borrowed money mean id still have my fathers body unburied this not just bad service but inhuman to treat a paying client like that
