****ing horrible service

I am soo fed up with Old Mutual and their consultants who do nothing to help us but all they are worried about is sales, they capture incorrect information and give us incorrect information all in the name of them getting a sale.

This year in Feb I visited a branch in Centurion the lady who was supposedly assisting me did not assist me at all but all she did was create more problems for me, she separated everyone I covered on my policy because she wanted to make multiple sales and she captured incorrect banking details so some are not deducting I am sitting here thinking I have a policy where as I am told the premiums never went off but some went off? How how is that even possible? The level of bull**** I’ve endured from this company is not even describable all I want is for someone to ***ing call me and cancel all my damn stupid policies I have I will gladly move over to companies who need my business. Fixk this ****
