Inexperienced mpumi does not deserve to be at Old Mutual

Just this morning. I called Old Mutual to activate my cell phone Banking. I spoke to this girl by the name of mpumi. So rude and inexperienced. I confirmed my details as required and then after I gave her the address not on record I had to confirm the right one. To my surprise after confirming the right one she demanded I give the address I had previously given her which had nothing to do with what I was requesting and is not even my registered address. Well I did have a few exchange of words and bit her head off. Anyways I called back in again and the precious Portia assisted me flawlessly without a glitch. mpumi must get her act right and she sure can learn a thing or two from people like Portia.
