Incorrect unpdated statement

I'm here again the statement you made is incorrect I was offered a settlement by your collection agent and on the 15th of July 2019 I paid the settlement amount but your statement isnt updated its says i last paid in June 2019 really after 15th July you still haven't updated this sucks I need my settlement letter not a statement. Unless if you are using a ******** collection agency that lies to clients about settlement offers
