Incorrect stopping of my debit orders.
What wrong with this company. I used their to update banking details for my child's education plan but now Im emailed some nonsense info about the plan been paid up so why do theh give me an option to do changes on the APP if they will nothkng make things happen? I never said I stopped paying. I want them to reinstall my plan and update my debit orders immediately

12 Dec 2021, 05:06No turn around time of resolving my complaint. Im not convinced that this people will do anything right. A small request of changing my account it turns out to be such a mess. How disappointing....
