incorrect processing information

I sent a request to withdraw my Superfund in November when I resigned from my previous company and I've been getting these back & forth claim status text messages with step 2/3. The last texts received I was on step 3 I was advised my claim was sent to SARS for verification but now I have received a step 2 status claim process instead of getting a step 4 confirmation. What is the exact turn around time for this claim process as I have been more than patient enough waiting for this to be done ? . Can this be attended to with urgency as it has been more than 21 days.
