Incorrect premium amount

I have funeral policies for my mother with old mutual. I have been paying premiums every month because they are been deducted directly from my salary.

One is currently been cancelled temporarily by old mutual with a status of "lapse pending" on the policy. Reason for this is that the premium amount is not full according to the institution. When I ask why can't it be fixed, I have been referred to my companies HR stating that I must inform or advice my HR pers to fix the amount.

I asked why should I be the one advising my HR. I am not given an answer. This has been going on for months I have made numerous attempts to get it rectified but to no avail.

It is frustrating form because I have not skipped not even one premium
