Incorrect policy written

They sold my mother a policy she didn’t agreed on. 😡 we have been requesting for a contract and even now we haven’t got it! The consultant advise that head office they’re the ones who changed the investment. She’s losing her money with this investment they made for her and the initial agreement was she invest for 5 years then she eats interest every month without her money being affected.
