Incorrect IT3a
I have been trying to submit my tax return via SARS efiling and have been advised by SARS that my IT3a form from Old Mutual is incorrect. I have sent numerous emails to *** but there is no response. When I send the email I am not receiving an automated email with a reference number so when I call the call centre on ***they ask for the reference number for the email. Pathetic service from Old Mutual who are happy to take your money but refuse to help when you need their assistance
