Incorrect information provided

On the 8th September myself and husband went to Old mutual finance branch in st Georges mall where we tried applying for a loan. A friendly consultant advised us she will create my company so I can get the loan. When I came back on the 12th September to check f it was created she said it was and we looked at an offer of up to R200 thousand she advised me on what documents to bring regarding settlement letters where I struggled with certain places and waited in long queues ononly to come back and have the consultant advise me due to the company I work for I can only get R10000 after I was already told I can get R200000 my offer did not even go away due to affordability or cause of my credit rating. I am disgusted in this service and want answers as to why I saw with my own eyes a R200000 offer and then all of a sudden a R10000 I will take this further if this is not resolved timously as I wasted my time and money travelling up and down and taking leave from work and even arriving late at work
