Incorrect information

Bianca thanks so much for your professional approach to my initial request, I still feel dissatisfied hence i didn't respond to the email

I was going to be satisfied if what I was offered by Mosses is what was going to be deducted so all my plans are shuttered and I made my request very clear and what puzzles me is an investment that I was informed that I have i asked for it and didn't get

After we spoke i received an email with instructions stating that R4000 should be deducted from my account

All this made me sooo confused what I wanted is to see what i was promised to be actioned

Am not happy at all
