Incorrect Information due to Literacy

I have 3 policies with Old Mutual. My payments are kept up to date on a monthly basis via Internet payments. I always request updates on them. On 12 Oct'15, I get an e-mail from Brenda Schilder that my policy is up to date. On 15 Oct'15, I get an email from Chalice Engel stating the policy is one month in errors!!! Are these Advisors educated enough to understand how the account works???? Wake Up!!! Rajesh Singh<br>
