Incorrect Financial Advice and Poor Service

I went to the Old Mutual branch in George to reinstate one of my policies. They gave me an amount that I need to pay and reassured me that is the correct about, only to find out today it was never the correct amount and the policy was reinstated at all. I asked the two advisors on different occasion if the amount is correct and was assured that it is. I was told that it will take 7days for the policy to be reinstated, that never happened. I was informed by the advisor in the Old Mutual branch in Wynberg that the reinstatement was never completed but the other two policies was completed, therefore these to consultants cared more about the commission then anything else.

I was told today that Old Mutual send me an SMS that I never seen, therefore they will blame me and not take inconsideration that I was advise incorrectly in the first place.

Am so disgusted in Old Mutual at the moment!!! And angry at the same time
