Incorrect details

Good Day<br> <br> ***<br> MJ Maubelle<br> Policy Number 69345SB***2<br> I have app**** for a new policy 3 months back. It was a telephonic and I emailed lsiqwede the details. I have received the policy document and I have found that my Father name was incorrect. They basically put my mother's middle name again in the space of the My Father's middle name. On application, I was not requested to send any documents. Now I am requesting them to edit they are telling me that I have to send copy of his ID. My parents are old and live in rural area of Limpopo while I am in Gauteng, it is not like I am claiming so this will be a hassle to get old people to send me their copy of their ID. <br> <br> I was also told that I can go to the branch. The reason why I tool the policy telephonic-ally was that I do not have time to go the Branch. They can refer to my initial application email to confirm. They are the one's that put in wrong name.<br> <br> Please get them to fix this.
